Custom Designed Aluminum Catamarans

Aluminum is a strong, tough, durable and low maintenance option for building boats and is proven to be more sturdy than fiberglass and wood when it comes to design.

With over 16 boats designed and built in the last 12 years in Aluminum, we have the most experience in Phuket when it comes to custom catamaran designed Aluminum boats. It gives you much wider flexibility in size vs weight and rigidity and is extremely low maintenance.

Our custom designs are used in a variety of ways from personal pleasure craft, hotel transfer boats, party yachts and as charter yachts here in Thailand. With both single and double deck options available and a choice of seating layouts as well as engine options; we can guarantee you will be able to get the boat design needed to fit your requirements. Single or Double Deck?

Our new designs offer two distinct style choices:

Single Deck - Open decked with plenty of room to move about, ideal for transportation or just a spacious day boat!

Double Deck - Plenty of shade, modular seating designed to your needs, large solid upper deck with Bimini for plenty of Shade. Upper sundeck and shaded seating area and an option for toilets and a bar!

Transfer Boats - Designed specifically to get things from A to B, quickly, safely and securely. It is a single deck with plenty of storage and lock down points. Enabling you to get your supplies and items where you want quickly and safely!

Once you know what you want to use the boat for, its all about customization, we will plan it out with you and help you choose the specifics for your boat:

  • Power Your Passion: Choose from a range of engines to power your catamaran, with options available from 40HP up to 200HP. We recommend Twin Engine layouts but the option is yours! Whether you're seeking serene day trips or adrenaline-pumping sport fishing adventures, our versatile engine choices ensure optimal performance and efficiency on the water.

  • Style your dream: Want to have a fully upgraded boat with all the options - we can do that. With built in bar, toilets, showers, slides and more options available - just tell us what you need and we can figure it out.

Here are some of the boats we have already built for clients.

One client of ours wanted to have a party boat to entertain their guests and to do the occasional paid trip on. They wanted to be able to take groups of up to 30 people, have an upper sundeck and a lower bar and toilet with seating.

All based on the hull design which allows 25 knots with two Suzuki 120HP engines

The passenger seating was all custom built lounge chairs that could be removed if required, we added built in ice boxes, coolers and a full length bar as well as a full sized toilet. The upper deck area was designed for sunbathing and lounging as well as offering shaded seating.

Another build was a single deck power cat but with a slightly modified hull design to allow faster travel, again with a three quarter sunshade design it offer seating both in shade and for sun lounging, easy access on and off via side doors and super low draft allowed beach access. Originally with a single engine the clients then upgraded to a twin engine set up for more speed and control.

Another new client and new design for a client who was looking for a solar powered yacht for local cruising and fishing. He already had the wicker style sofa seating that he wanted to use and asked us to make the yacht and he would finish the fit out.

So we designed a simple single offset console, a forward ramp/ ladder system so he could beach the boat and easily get on and off the beach. A small single engine for slow speed cruising and fishing and that was it - the rest he was doing for himself as a DIY project - we were happy to oblige.

The original aluminum catamaran we designed and built for a client was purely for transport of staff, equipment and supplies for an island. They needed something fast and stable to get to and from the mainland to their island.

They had a limited budget and we had specific design requirements ref weight and engine sizes so we built this transfer boat - we were later asked to build another on but with seating for clients in the same style which we were happy to do!

These boats are still in service and daily take clients, staff and supplies over to the island with no problems.

Seeing one of our previous builds, we were approached by a well known hotel chain to build a local transfer boat for their clients to bring them to and from the mainland to the hotels private beach. We kept a similar design and painted it to the clients specifications.

The whole concept of this build was to be a hotel taxi - allowing safe, stable and fast transfers between the hotel and the mainland for their clientele.

We have a number of options available to you, again depending on the boat style but we can plan it out to your needs, design it and build it.
Having some shade on the boat ensures you and the family are protected!

One of our newer designs with a high bladed hull, drop down ladder at the front for easy access to the beach, a forward sundeck area with a shaded seating area at the rear. The twin consoles and inline seating allow up to 12 people to be on the boat comfortably.

The low draft again allows easy access to beaches, marinas and mangroves and is super fuel efficient. With a single rear mounted engine, although this design can support a twin engine mounting system if needed.

We have had a larger modified version of this design currently being built for another client
