Why should I choose a Trailer Boat?
With more and more people looking to get into yachting, but not being able to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to get a boat. We decided to offer our newest designs in Fiberglass. Our 21ft catamaran is ideal for the “beginner”, as they can be stored on a trailer and launched where ever you want, and are extremely affordable and cheap to maintain!
Having a boat being able to be launched from a trailer, means you can easily store them at your home (or in our storage yard) and dont need to pay the extremely expensive Marina Berthing Fees. It also means you have easy access to your boat at any time and easily launch it whenever you have a few hours to spare to enjoy cruising around the islands.
Being trailer based means you dont need to worry about cleaning the hull, anchoring/ mooring fees or the boat drifting in strong winds - its easy to launch and hassle free boating!
Design Layout?
Our new designs offer two distinct style choices:
Game Fishing - Open decked with plenty of room to move about while reeling in that huge Marlin!
Family Island Hopper - Plenty of shade, modular seating designed to your needs, large Bimini for plenty of cover.
The choice is yours and we can design the style and finish of the catamaran to meet your ideal budget. Do you want a DIY Project - that’s not a problem, we are happy to provide you with the finished hull design for you to be able to add your own finishing touches to the boat.
From there its all about customization, choose the specifics for your boat (with our guidance if you need it):
Power Your Passion: Choose from a range of engines to power your catamaran, with options available from 40HP up to 200HP. Single or Twin Engine layouts the option is yours! Whether you're seeking serene day trips or adrenaline-pumping sport fishing adventures, our versatile engine choices ensure optimal performance and efficiency on the water.
Style your dream: Want to have a fully upgraded boat with all the options - we can do that.
Looking for a specific color or seat layout - talk with us and we can make sure your ideal designs are incorporated into your boat!
We started with an established design for the hulls and then extended them to give you more room.
The original boat we looked at was narrow and shorter, but the hull design was efficient and very streamlined - so we looked at it and said “how can we make this better?”
We extended the length of the hull design to give you more, a new length of 7 meters and then widened them and added the redesigned floor between the two hulls to give you more seating, stability and comfort. It also brought the center of gravity down into the boat - making it much less likely to rock and roll when in waves. Having a lower deck also gives you better and safer seating for younger children and makes it ideal for families looking to enjoy island hopping.
Then we looked at the options for seating - this of course will depend on whether you want to have a Fishing or Family boat.
The family boat has an option for single or twin consoles which have a forward looking seat at the front of the boat. Then we have rear seating (all with storage in) which can be laid out to suit your needs - we can even add in table and built in cool boxes if you want. The choice is yours!
The Fishing Boat is designed with a central console, much less seating to give you an almost open plan style to the boat. this gives you 360 degree access and maneuverability when casting and landing your Game Fish!
Should I have a Canopy?
This is a seriously overlooked question and one that many people overlook!
We know from experience that if you are on the boats in the sun here in Phuket you really need to have shade.
The sun is super powerful and you can burn very easily - reflections from the water as well as direct sunshine can really take it out of you and ruin your day.
It doesn’t need to cover the whole boat, but have somewhere to get out of the sun.
We have a number of options available to you, again depending on the boat style but we can plan it out to your needs, design it and build it.
Having some shade on the boat ensures you and the family are protected!
